Mr. Sunny Mali initiated the foundation of Ira Nursing Institute with Mr. Prem Sinha in 22nd January 2024 with an aim to provide education to students struggling with getting enough resources to appear for government exams, practical training, skill enhancement (hands on training).

The IRA Story
Founded to serve nursing students from underserved backgrounds, IRA Nursing Institute started its journey with just 4 students who lacked financial resources for premium coaching. What started as a social cause has today transformed into a trusted name in INC-mandated module training, paramedical education, and nursing mentorship across India. Our growth is powered by educators like Mr. Sunny Mali and Mr. Prem Sinha - lecturers whose journey from struggle to success inspires every student who walks through our doors. At IRA, we don’t just teach nursing. We build careers.

Our Why
IRA started when 4 talented students said: “Sir, fees afford nahi kar pa rahe.” Mr. Sunny Mali & Mr. Prem Sinha, both self-made lecturers, knew the struggle. So we built IRA - to give affordable, quality nursing coaching to every student, not just the privileged ones. From 4 students to PAN India training - the mission is still the same: Hard work + Right guidance = Your selection.
